The office of Code Enforcement exists to:
- Educate and inform the citizens and visitors of the City local codes and ordinances,
- Work with citizens and developers to ensure all codes are being followed,
- Communicate with citizens and visitors to ensure the City of Mexico Beach stays safe and beautiful.
The City of Mexico Beach has a commitment to its citizens and guests to ensure all issues are treated with professionalism and responsiveness. The office of Code Enforcement will address and respond to all complaints and issues in such a manner and investigate all issues to determine if a violation has occurred.
